Naomi Pierce is a board member of Pierce Global Media, a company owned by her family. She is portrayed by Annabelle Dexter-Jones.
History[]
Early life[]
Naomi was at one point in a car accident with her mother, resulting in her mother's death and placing Naomi in very poor condition. It's implied that the combined of having survived despite her mother's death and the tabloids making a spectacle of the accident were instrumental in her later drug addiction. Naomi has stated that her personal vendetta against the Roy family roots from this incident, as the tabloids that targeted her and her family were owned by Waystar Royco.
Sometime prior to the events of the series, she had an affair with Tabitha Hayes, leading fans to believe that she is bisexual.
Season 2[]
We are introduced to Naomi in S2:E5 when she unexpectingly arrives at Tern Haven, the Pierce's Long Island estate, to persuade cousin Nan Pierce from selling PGM to Waystar.
At a dramatic dinner between the families, Naomi recites a Shakespere quote which sparks Kendall's interest. They begin talking and Kendall discovers that Naomi is a recovering addict and volunteers at a treatment center in the Valley (CA) where she also continues her recovery.
After the dinner, Naomi and Kendall sneak away to do illegal drugs together. They discuss their addictions and recovery. Intoxicated, they decide to get in the "chopper" that Kendall arrived in. Kendall begins to turn on the helicopter when Naomi panickingly yells at him to turn it off. Then they makeout.
Post hookup, Naomi revals to Kendall that when her mom died, ATN tabloids heavily pushed the story until she gave them more news after she got into a car accident with her Audi. She notes that she still has injuries from the accident and that the tabloid featured graphic pictures of them post-accident.
The next morning, Nan reveals to the family that Naomi now wants PGN to sell, meaning that she changed her mind after her night with Kendall.
Season 3[]
In the first episode of the third season, Naomi meets Kendall at the apartment of his ex-wife, Rava. She brings takeout and directs Greg to open a dusty bottle of wine tucked away on Rava's shelf. To Rava's dismay, this particular bottle was given to her by her deceased godfather. This episode gives us a glimpse of the entitlement that is central to Naomi Pierce and many characters like her on Succession, including the Roy children.
